gluten free? dairy free? vegan? paleo?

i'm GF and DF too!

after over a year of baking “regular” cookies despite being gluten free (barley allergy with cross-reactions to most grains plus a non-celiac gluten intolerance, woohoo), i finally switched over to a gluten free recipe! please note that i am not a certified gluten free facility. while my ingredients and equipment are safe from gluten, my oven and dishwasher are not. i do my best to prevent cross-contamination, but i can’t eliminate the possibility entirely - in other words, eat my cookies at your own risk, as dramatic as that sounds!
